Do you install new windows too?
Yes, when a window genuinely cannot be repaired. Repairs remain at the heart of our business, and we will never recommend or upsell a replacement unless it is absolutely necessary.
Do you work on aluminium and timber as well as uPVC?
Yes. We repair glazing and hardware in uPVC, aluminium and timber frames, including older systems.
How soon can you attend?
We aim to reply to messages within fifteen minutes during working hours and can often inspect, quote and carry out the work on the same visit.
Is a repair guaranteed in the same way as new windows?
Every repair carries our workmanship guarantee, and the parts and glass we fit come with manufacturer guarantees. If something is not right we come back.
Will you try to sell me replacement windows?
No. Repairs are the heart of the business and we only recommend replacement when a sound repair is genuinely no longer possible.
Can you repair conservatory roof glass and leaks?
