Who we are
Newcastle Window and Door Repairs is a window, door and double glazing repair business covering Newcastle and the North East. You can contact us about anything on this page by calling 0191 833 0083 or emailing admin@nwdr.uk.
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry through a form on this website, we collect the details you type in: your name, your phone number, your email address if you choose to give it, your town or postcode, what you need help with and your description of the problem. If you phone or email us directly, we keep the details you give us during that conversation.
Why we collect it
We use these details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and give you a quotation. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries sent to us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, for example when you ask us to quote for or carry out a repair.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is stored by our website hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud) and a copy is sent to us by email through our email delivery provider (Lovable). We do not share your details with anyone else, we never sell personal data and we do not use your details for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need to deal with your enquiry, and for up to 2 years afterwards as a record of quoted work. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, ask us to delete them or object to how we use them. To use any of these rights, call or email us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Contacting us about privacy
For anything to do with your personal details or this policy, call 0191 833 0083 or email admin@nwdr.uk. You can also use the form on our contact page.
