The fastest way to get a window or door sorted is to phone us. Describe what is happening and we will arrange a free in-person quotation. We rarely quote by phone because many faults need to be seen, although clear photographs can sometimes help us provide an estimate. If your property is insecure, say so and we will treat it as an emergency.

8am to 5pm are our standard operating hours for quotes and booked repairs. Outside those hours we run a 24 hour emergency call out service for properties that are not secure.

What to tell us
The type of window or door, what it is doing, roughly how old it is and your town. Photographs can sometimes help with an estimate, but we normally inspect the problem in person before confirming the price.

Help us understand the repair
Tell us whether the fault affects a window, front door, back door or a pair of doors. Describe what happens when you use it: does a corner catch, does the handle move without unlocking, or is the glass cloudy between the panes? Include your town and mention any other openings that need attention so we can discuss them together.
Photographs that help
A clear picture of the whole window or door gives useful context. Close views of the handle, hinge or locking strip can help identify the fittings, while a picture of damaged glass shows which pane is affected. Only take photographs where it is safe; keep away from loose or broken glass. Photos can support an estimate, but the price is normally confirmed after an inspection.

We inspect the problem, explain the repair options and give you a price before work is agreed. If you are a landlord or arranging access for someone else, let us know who will be at the property.
